Defined, staffed and managed World Wide distributed Application Engineering function, focused on the establishing a strong application engineering function within SPS, which included defining the structure, operating model, staffing requirements, setting objectives, defining deliverables, and tracking performance of both the OEM customer and internal Application Engineering team performance.
