Since becoming a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2013, I have succeeded in running a profitable business whilst growing my network considerably in many fields. I very much enjoy the work that I do, especially as it means I can help people in an ever-changing and ever-more-challenging economic climate. Qualified in Retrofit Assessments to Level 4, I predominantly provide high-quality retrofit assessments for councils and social housing companies across the UK.I have learned in recent years to appreciate a good work-life balance and ensure I devote time to personal life as well as work life. However, I am ambitious and like to push myself, both in personal development and successes.I have good knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and database queries. I also have experience with leading teams to achieving company-best results through continuous improvement, Lean methodology and a collaborative team ethic, setting clear goals and processes. I recognise monetary value of operations and have saved over £1/2 million annual expenditure for one company through supplier analysis and purchasing negotiations.
