As consultant my responsibility is to analyse the actual question/wish of the customer. As a follow-up, responsible to propose a functional solution of the customer wish, connected with the product portfolio of Yellowstar, and provide an estimation of the effort needed based on created stories.- Analyze the IT systems and infrastructure of the customer- Translate the question of the customer into a functional solution- Devise creative solutions and give advice- Cooperation with the team- Supports customers with implementing the advice- Participate/Organize Standups, Backlog Refinements and Retrospectives- Execute administration tasks, such as hours registration and project administration- Test the delivered functionality based on two levels with the work instructions/regression tests/stories. Coordinate and support the business application team on operational level in the day-to-day business. This includes but is not limited to initiating, developing, implementing, supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing (global) business applications based on business processes/needs, policies, and tooling, as well as to provide support to the application users.

Supports Business Process and Intelligence Executive & Manager, Business Process Europe by being the interface between the business and SAP competence center in Asia. The BPS will look for improvements on the current processes and will help & support the development of new functionalities based on the requirements given by the business and will help coordinate the implementation of changes and projects.- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.- Work closely with all departments to ensure that all processes are properly identified, standardized and documented across the organization;- Identifies internal control weaknesses and requirements to be fulfilled;- Actively reviews policies and procedures to enhance utilization, spot opportunities for improvement and share best practices;- Coordinates change requests and is responsible for the deployment of processes in cooperation with other process- and application analysts.- Propose improvements- Be the liaison between Wilmar Consultancy Services and Wilmar Europe- Be the liaison between the IT department and the Wilmar Europe business
