I was the go-to aviation expert at Going, whether you needed to know the best economy class seat on a Singapore Airlines A350, or how to pitch a new product tier to the traveling public. I leveraged my domain expertise to build a feedback loop between our members and Going's product and marketing teams to align our product roadmap and communications with members' travel needs, while also developing new markets to drive member upgrades and retention.• Launched Going with Points in 2023. I served as product manager for Going's award travel service and built a cross-functional team to research, prototype, and launch a new product line in less than 3 months while improving member retention and enabling a high-growth revenue stream for credit card referrals. • Product owner for Going's Elite tier since 2021.
