Responsible for:• Support on the hotel services promotion• Organizing and monitoring visits to the hotel• Drawing up event service orders• Monitoring and operational coordination of events, as well as the teams involved in them• Post-monitoring (debrief and invoicing)

Responsible for:• Clients reception• Supporting clients in person and remotely during and before their stay• Responsibility for distributing information between teams• Booking management
