Providing valuable insights through data allowing the organization to take meaningful action. Responsible for deployment, maintenance, and analysis of various calculations and models to enable near real-time analytics for monitoring both Topsides and Subsea equipment at assets across Shells Global Deepwater portfolio. Collaborating with stakeholders in engineering and operations to provide surveillance that generates value while decreasing cost and HSSE risk to the customer including development of advanced rule based analytics and machine learning models. Acting as a technical reviewer and approver of new analytics to ensure system integrity is maintained and surveillance is robust and efficient. Managed implementation of a Corrosion Inhibitor program improvement that led to $5 million in Subsea Inspection cost savings. Deployed standard and custom surveillance and analytics for new assets as a part of the project start up for Vito and Whale platforms including Green House Gas emissions calculations.

Provided Crane Engineering support including daily troubleshooting, maintenance planning, project delivery, and inspection coordination for 22 cranes of various designs across 9 Gulf of Mexico Deepwater platforms and many unique stakeholders. I ensured that regulatory requirements were met for more than 100 inspections per year. Acted as a project manager for multiple projects over $100k. Accountable for planning, coordination, and delegating work to 3 crane inspectors during their 14 day hitches.

Led the onboarding, mentoring, and technical development of 9 new engineers in the Surface Organization for Shell through structured modules to accelerate offshore readiness. Provided technical training and educational sessions with new engineers on oil and gas processes offshore, asset specific systems, on industry standards. I also developed and implemented process improvements for the Threats Management Process (MTO) and the Management of Change (MOC) process for the Gulf of Mexico Surface organization.

Provided on site engineering support to operations team on a Tension Leg Platform in the Gulf of Mexico to safely produce hydrocarbons. Worked in an operations environment offshore on a 14 day on, 14 day off rotation for 2 and a half years. Acted as a member of the offshore leadership team to ensure safe and efficient operation of the facility. Gained knowledge in design, inspection, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas processing equipment. Led more than 10 multidisciplinary Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for complex problems. Supported engineering and operations readiness for start-up of multiple new wells for additional production. Process Safety, Asset Optimization, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Proactive Technical Monitoring, and Project Execution were some of my main responsibilities in this position.
