My main role at SigmaTEK is to integrate a business system with shop floor management into a manufacturing organization. This includes doing onsite implementation, technical support, and quality assurance to ensure a quality software to the customers. The position requires a high-level knowledge of the customer's business model and flow in order to cater the software to their specific needs.

As an Application Engineer at SigmaTEK Systems, I perform many tasks concerning the customer relationship with the company. I perform training for various customer types of the SigmaNEST software in the Cincinnati office or at a customer's facility. I cater the software to the customer's needs to integrate their specific machine (punch, laser, plasma, oxygas, router, etc.) to the software.My role also includes the techincal support of the SigmaNEST software. This role involves problem solving at the highest level, interacting with software developers, and modifying post processors.
