With over eight years of experience in the logistics industry, I am a regional account manager at Tucker Freight Lines, a leading provider of freight transportation and supply chain solutions. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, planning and booking efficient loads and different types of drop trailer sites and fleets across the country.In my current role, I coordinate dozens of trucks, work with 20 different clients daily, and interact with various outside companies to balance the needs of our customers and the company. I have successfully planned and booked over 30 loads per day in the regional markets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of refrigerated and dry goods. I also leverage my social media and cold calling skills to generate new leads and expand our customer base. My current goals are to help Tucker expand and continue our growth on not only a month to month basis but to make relationships and forge great business relationships within the industry.
