Driving the performance of a £100m turnover third party logistics provider, delivering over 1.5m cases of product per week to McDonald’s 1,400 UK & ROI restaurants• Responsible for setting and monitoring the distribution budget• Safe and assured supply of c. 80 million cases per annum of food & paper products at agreed service levels• Delivering consistent high levels of product availability and restaurant service KPIs• Leading constraint supply situations, aligning tasks & priorities across the Supply Chain department• Providing strategic and longer-term view on supply, identifying ways to improve processes and performance

Responsible for all elements of the Supply Chain that impact restaurants, including promotional and core supply, issues management, restaurant improvement and Supply Chain efficiency projects

Accountable and responsible for managing the supply for food, drinks, packaging items and Happy Meal components for the complex UK Promotional Activity Calendar, product tests and new menu launches to ensure full availability at all times with minimal residual after each promotional window.

Responsible for driving a team to implement key initiatives, which help, mitigate cost inflation from the total Supply Chain from suppliers through to restaurants as well as Supply Chain project lead for the delivery of London 2012 Olympic Games for McDonald’s
