• Daniel is a resilient, highly organized, and competitive, Bachelor's Degree Alumni, motivated by achievement. He has completed a University education at Thompson Rivers University, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. • Using his cumulative education and experiences, Daniel hopes to obtain a career in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, with the much longer-term goal of becoming a Supply Chain Manager (NOC 10012). This choice stems from an extensive upper-level elective interest in these subjects from TRU. However, in the short term, Daniel is very flexible towards doing various entry-level work related to Finance, Supply Chains, Operations, Administration, or Warehousing. • Whilst not currently a candidate for any particular Post Bachelor's Supply Chain or Operations Management Designation program at the moment, Daniel is very interested in and open-minded to earning such future credentials. Such future credentials would most likely be earned whilst working full time all on a part-time evening basis. This process will be commenced, eventually, when the timing is right. • In the meantime, as a personal hobby, Daniel has a passion for mathematics, computers for business purposes, and foreign languages. He wishes to eventually use skills from these areas of interest, in an International Business/International Trade context. For example, despite having completed traditional/formal post-secondary education, Daniel regularly practices Mathematics and Statistics knowledge to stay current with technology changes and to promote personal lifelong learning. This is also to prepare for the future use of, and need to learn, analytical software tools (including AI, ERPs, MRPs, Business Intelligence, and other software) in relevant job roles. Regarding foreign languages, Daniel is currently self-studying and prioritizing French due to its usefulness within a Canadian context for work. In the longer term, he is also aiming for French/English Bilingualism, tests at a CEFR 'B1' Level, and types at 35 words per minute in French. • Regarding practical education and skills, Daniel has a Basic Level I First Aid Certificate, Food Safe Level I, and is currently taking driving lessons to obtain his BC Class 5 Driver's Licence. Daniel also can lift 60 lbs in a physical workplace context.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Time Management, Budgets, Bookkeeping, and 52 others.
