Experience with private and public agencies in the designs, construction, and commissioning of technically complex has provided him with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of the construction process and design process. Always paying close attention to maintainability, budget, function, flexibility, resiliency, scalability, longevity, and sustainability of his project’s design while evolving design requirements/process. Experience encompasses commercial, hospitality, institutional/educational, science and technology, and industrial projects. System experience includes laboratories, clean rooms, biological safety level (containment) facilities, data centers, flammable liquid storage and vivarium, pharmaceutical manufacturing and process, and health care systems.
