Current-Defining project scope and deliverable to client and staff.-Managing overall project and internal design budgets.-Coordinating meeting agendas and design team representation.-Negotiating scope of work and fees with sub-consultants.-Basis of design documents specific to each project.-Design primary air handling systems with air-to-air heat recovery, direct-expansion (DX) air-conditioning systems, chilled water and hot water generation and distribution systems, humidification, and controls/ building automation systems (BAS).-Heat load calculations, system sizing, energy performance studies.-Building Automation System (BAS) design for all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system.-Master planning for Universities and Healthcare Campus.
