• Graduated in Pharmacy, I've been building my career in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years in niche markets focusing on rare diseases, biotechnology and oncology / hematology.• Experience gained over the years working with KOLs, HCPs, payers and/or academic institutions establishing/maintaining relationships and scientific credibility with various specialties: clinical and surgical neurology, hematology, oncology, nephrology, pediatrics, rheumatology, adult and pediatric ICU, gynecology and high-risk obstetrics, adult and pediatric gastroenterology and coloproctology.• Experience in prospecting and opening new markets and territories, working together with access team, optimizing the standardization and sale of high cost medicines with public and private accounts management and paying source / agreements.• Knowing the structures and dynamics of the Brazilian healthcare system, accumulating successful experience in launching new products, consolidating mature products and incorporating new technologies / standardization of therapies.• Easy to build trust relationships, new initiatives and improvements with the team of internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Pharmacovigilance, Financial and Patient Support) and external (KOLs, influencers and opinion makers).
