I arrived at Xinetics Inc. in November of 1996 as a part time assembler and became a full time employee on March 1, 1997. At the time there were eight (8) people employed with the company. Initially trained as an actuator assembler for our deformable mirrors, I soon began accumulating knowledge and developing skills in all aspects of the manufacturing of electro ceramics. This led me to a 17 year career with the company culminating with being named the Electro-Ceramic Manufacturing Coordinator in the year 2000. During my tenor at both Xinetics Inc. and AOX-Northrop Grumman, I worked along side many brilliant colleagues, developing various ceramic formulations, including the two standard formulations that has been the bedrock of our actuator / module production for the last 13 years. The following describes my best attributes and what I can add to any workforce. • Dependable, self motivate, responsible team player with a can do attitude.• Innovative quick study who works effectively alone or in a team atmosphere.• Worked hand in hand with PhD’s, engineers, management and maintenance seamlessly.• Trained and managed a quick strike workforce that executed their work, stayed under budget and maintained the highest industry standards. Done work for NASA, DoD, JPL, and NIF.
Listed skills include Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D, Process Improvement, and 19 others.
