As a lifelong resident of Oxnard and a proud father of two, my dedication to this community runs deep. For nearly a decade, I’ve championed initiatives to uplift Oxnard, serving in roles that have allowed me to make a real difference. My five years on the Oxnard Planning Commission, including two as Chair, were pivotal in shaping our city’s future. Today, as the Citizen Representative on the Ventura County Transportation Commission—appointed by all ten Mayors of Ventura County—and former member of the Metrolink Board of Directors and the Ventura County Climate Emergency Council, I continue to advocate for sustainable growth, economic opportunity, and smart development.My professional journey spans over 15 years, with experience in education, transportation, and public administration. From supporting local schools as an Applications Specialist to driving community-focused solutions on regional boards, I’ve honed a skill set that combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of local challenges. I’m incredibly passionate about breaking the cycle of generational poverty by connecting residents with well-paying jobs, improving access to affordable housing, and addressing homelessness through collaboration with County and State leaders.Beyond my professional roles, I take immense pride in being a father and an active community member.
