我被委任為 2016 MRA 宏利徵英尊尚會執行委員會 的招聘發展委員會業務執行副主席。於2011年8月加盟宏利,宏星集團.憑著個人堅毅不屈,永不放棄的性格。於2013年晉升至分行經理級別,並獲得三項宏利年度大獎,當中包括:最高業績獎,最­高業績增長獎,最高增員獎。及後,於2014年晉升至高級分行經理級別。因著一份信念:我總相信只要肯勤力就沒有難成就的事，縱使資源有限，但我卻相信靠著不屈的精神卻­能成就無限的可能。最後,他在2015年4月晉升至分區總監級別,現時團隊接95人; 在保險業已服務超過10年 。目標: 致力打造一個年輕活力、優越專業的團隊，亦希望當中可造就更多 MDRT / COT 及TOT。至於團隊拓展，希望今年能突破１３０人；另給自己３至５年的時間，建立一個超過３００人的團隊。I was appointed as Executive Vice Chairman of SV Business & Recruitment Development Committee of SVGroup, Manulife from 18 Jan 2016. I joined Manulife in August 2011 and demonstrated strong determination in developing my team to the next level. In 2013, I was honoured as Branch Manager of The Year – Highest Production, Highest Growth and Highest Recruitment (Champion). These excellent results have led to his promotion to Senior Branch Manager in 2014 and subsequently to District Director in just 2 years’ time.Goal: To create a youthful, excellent professional team, which is able to achieve in MDRT / COT and TOT level.
