I developed internal business solutions by integrating chatbots such as Copilot Studio (previously Microsoft's Power Virtual Agents) and Amelia AI from IPsoft into our business processes. My primary role involved using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, to create cloud flows that enhanced our chatbot functionalities within Microsoft Teams.My projects often required close collaboration with cross-functional teams to pinpoint their business requirements. This collaborative approach helped me tailor chatbot solutions that streamlined workflows and boosted efficiency. I specialized in automating routine tasks for the service desk team, significantly reducing their ticket load by incorporating the company's internal APIs into the chatbot Copilot Studio.Previously, I worked with the Amelia AI chatbot, scripting in Groovy to create responsive and efficient chatbot interactions. I also developed a custom.NET Core API for internal Active Directory operations, enabling rapid retrieval of domain user information. Additionally, I leveraged Microsoft's Generative AI in Copilot Studio to utilize internal data for creating dynamic user FAQs, further automating our internal support systems.
