Overseeing a high performing team of four and ensuring that best in class digital campaigns are activated for a wide range of clients (Automotive, Pharma, Charity and Alcohol). Moving into the account director role saw my focus move from day to day client and campaign management to a strategic lead within the digital media space. Within this role, i am ultimately responsible for the finished product produced by every member of my team, ensuring that it is completed to industry best practise.Continuing to specialise in SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic Display/Video/Audio and Native, I constantly look for ways to improve performance for our clients through a test and learn framework. Through my strong relationship management, I am in a position to be an early adopter of new alpha and beta products in conjuction with our media and tech providers, helping to keep my clients one step ahead of the the competition.

Shifting from a mainly Paid Search and Paid Social role, the activations manager role required me to continue to be the key point of contact with our clients whilst also expanding upon my responsibilities to include Programmatic Display/Video/Audio and Native activity. Within this role i was a key contributor in the upskilling and cross-skilling of the team, continuing to manage a team of 2 whilst continuing to growing my teams capabilites and upskilling myself in the channels now within remit.

Within the role i was main point of contact with our client and was responsible for the management of all paid search and paid social activity. Furthermore i was responsible for leading a team of 2 (Executive and Assistant), ensuring that work was completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard, all whilst helping to train and develop the both members of my team.

Specialising in both Paid Search and Paid Social.

Within this role, I provide support and assistance to the Paid Search team across a wide range of clients. Some of my day-to-day responsibilities include: • Ensuring that all accounts are pacing correctly with monthly budgets, • Optimising accounts to ensure they are delivering within targets set by clients, • The creation of new campaign builds and content• Financial invoicing• Preparation of account reporting for client meetings and conference calls• Updating various internal and external WIP documents

Within this role I was exposed to various forms of above and below the line marketing whilst providing advice and instigation the planning and implementation of various campaigns and initiatives. During this time I was responsible for the design and creation of the business landing page, creation and moderation of social media platforms, implementation of Facebook Sponsored Ads and the creation of brochures, flyers and overseeing of menu alterations.Whilst in this role, I gained skills in time management, liaising with varying stakeholders in the business, paid social advertising and financial management.

In this role I was responsible for coordinating the Commonwealth Bank Of Australia’s 2014 student marketing campaign at Macquarie University. During this role, I was responsible for creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan to raise awareness and collect market research from the tertiary student demographic at the university. Working within a team of five, I gained skills in team management, strategic thinking, delegation, coordination and stall management ultimately resulting in KPI’s being tripled and an award for the National Student ‘Campaign of the Year’.
