- Input pertinent Fixed Asset transactions into the ERP system, including creation, movements, disposal, write-down/revaluation, and stock counts.- Execute all Month-End Closing Activities, including computing and processing manual journal entries.- Reconcile Fixed Asset General Ledger accounts.- Generate month-end reports by the specified deadline.- Prepare month-end depreciation using the system.- Generate high-quality Fixed Assets & Inventory data for tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting.- Manage Inventory accounting tasks, such as valuation, slow-moving analysis, write-offs, and goods-in-transit accruals.- Conduct product costing, Purchase Price Variance, and Cost of Sales analysis.- Advocate for change, promote process standardization, and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.- Collaborate with auditors for quarterly and annual audits, providing necessary support and timely resolutions to audit queries.
