The Water Resources and Infrastructure Planning Program (WRIPP) of the Indiana Finance Authority plans, implements, and improves water initiatives across Indiana. My responsibilities included:-Coordinated long-term regional water supply and demand modeling in Central Indiana-Built lead sampling programs for day cares and schools-Designed technical assistance and training programs to ensure drinking water utilities address water loss and meet legislative requirements-Created a database to improve value of current data and simplify data requests to outside partners

Gunn Communications handles the public engagement responsibilities for the largest highway project in Arizona's history. A public-private partnership (P3), the design/build team Connect202 placed a high priority on maintaining positive relations with stakeholders affected by the build process. In this role I:-Developed the analysis methods and report for the quarterly stakeholder satisfaction surveys. These findings and client-facing proposals were approved by project CEO and Arizona Department of Transportation-Optimized stakeholder management systems by programming user-friendly modules, improving data entry efficiency by up to 65%-Assisted in hosting community events and meetings to engage stakeholders, share information, and maintain strong project-citizen relations

As a result of this project, the Indiana Legislature will invest $2.3 billion in new state funds towards water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Indiana's State Revolving Fund provides low-interest loans to towns and cities needing improvements to their drinking and waste water infrastructure. Their reputation for timely, high-quality reports led to the Indiana Legislature delegating a rapid assessment of all Indiana's significant drinking water utilities to the SRF. My role in fulfilling Indiana Senate Enrolled Act 347 included the following:-Collected, verified, and compiled audits and surveys from all 552 major Indiana drinking water utilities in conjunction with a team of environmental engineers, lawyers, and financial managers. -Summarized project progress and provided strategic suggestions to the State Revolving Fund Executive and Program Directors through weekly updates-Provided technical assistance as needed to utility operators and other stakeholders.
