Special Projects AssistantIndiana Finance Authority: State Revolving Fund May 2016 - Aug 2016Indianapolis, IndianaAs a result of this project, the Indiana Legislature will invest $2.3 billion in new state funds towards water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Indiana's State Revolving Fund provides low-interest loans to towns and cities needing improvements to their drinking and waste water infrastructure. Their reputation for timely, high-quality reports led to the Indiana Legislature delegating a rapid assessment of all Indiana's significant drinking water utilities to the SRF. My role in fulfilling Indiana Senate Enrolled Act 347 included the following:-Collected, verified, and compiled audits and surveys from all 552 major Indiana drinking water utilities in conjunction with a team of environmental engineers, lawyers, and financial managers. -Summarized project progress and provided strategic suggestions to the State Revolving Fund Executive and Program Directors through weekly updates-Provided technical assistance as needed to utility operators and other stakeholders.
