I am a Head of PMO at iT.eam, a leading IT consulting firm, with over 25 years of experience in project management, agile coaching, and scrum mastering. I have PMP, MCP, and Maximo certifications, as well as postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Business Management.My mission is to guide the PMO in creating, maintaining, and improving methodologies, standards, and processes for diverse projects and programs, according to their designs and contexts.
