Worked a long-term assignment supporting 3,000+ users for Edwards Lifesciences, across three primary roles. Was based out of their main campus, in Irvine, CA:• BREAK-FIX: provided on-site and remote support to user submitted Incidents and Requests. Worked these in a timely fashion and based on priority to meet SLAs• BUILD: tasked with imaging and configuring new and existing machines for Edwards Lifesciences employees. Imaging process was done via a PXE server• TECH STUDIO: provided fixed on-site support for users with walk-ins and appointments. Idea was inspired from Apple Store and Microsoft Genius Bar. Was a small space that could accommodate roughly six users at a time, where they could go for immediate IT support• On-site and remote support provided via ticketing systems (LANdesk, ServiceNow), phones, and remote tools (Bomgar) to all nationwide based users and overseas users• Supported wide range of users ranging from ELTs, VPs, admins, to engineers, sales, interns, and clean-room staff across all three roles (break-fix, build, tech studio)• Supported and provided information to users on new company-wide IT policy changes such as:USB policy implemented Q4 2018, restricting access to non-encrypted USB storage devices, which was managed by Symantec Endpoint Protection ManagerCloud storage and personal email policy implemented Q1 2019, restricting access to sending emails with an attachment from personal email accounts, on an EW machine. Also blocked access to non-EW approved cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) • Supported various applications such as but not limited to: Windows 10, Windows 7, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Computrace, Cyberark, Cyberark EPM, Intune Company Portal, Office 365, Office 2013/2016, Visio, Project, Office Timeline, Adobe Pro DC, Snagit, Solidworks, Creo, Workgroup Manager (WGM), 3mensio, Tableau• Worked on various projects such as Windows 10 refresh, US THV Sales refresh, and o365 refresh projects
