The Nundah Community Support Group Inc is governed by a Management Committee of seven and is an elective, representative and collective body. NCSGI Management Committee members come from a variety of professional backgrounds and provide their expertise and skills on a volunteer basis to ensure the overall governance of the organisation.The Management Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting, where all Committee positions are declared vacant. Management Committee members are drawn from the general membership of the organisation.

Legal advice and minor assistance in Family Law and Wills & Estates, acting as a "first point of contact" providing legal advice and referrals.

Providing advice to, and representing clients before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (formerly Federal Magistrates Court), Family Court, and State Magistrates Courts, as well as in mediation and collaborative process, in all aspects of Family Law and related law.Also providing advice to clients in drafting wills including testamentary trusts where necessary, benefits of various testamentary strategies and referring to financial advisers or accountants where necessary.

The role was established for me to review the current central software packages, as well as organisational specific software, to ensure its current capabilities are meeting internal and external users needs, and identify enhancements to ensure that any shortfalls can be addressed in the most cost effective way.The position operated in the division within Legal Aid Queensland responsible for assessing eligibility of applicants for legal aid funding, and for the purchasing of legal services on behalf of successful applicants. This role operated in a team directly reportable to the CEO, consisting of myself, an external consultant, and systems accountant.This role including tasks such as- eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders to facilitate communication between organizational units and aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology- Meet with and work with all levels of organisation including working closely with CEO, Deputy CEO and each Director to create business case for redevelopment of whole-of-organisation critical software- Analyse changing legislation, and particularly the Moynihan reforms to criminal law, and redevelop the grants of aid structures to meet all stakeholder needs within the available financial resources of Legal Aid Queensland- Liaise with intrapersonal and external contractors to identify and analyse current resources and its abilities to suit business plan - Responsibility within the organisational division to develop, analyse and implement all necessary changes
