Responsible for the strategic positioning and successful delivery of Cloud and Enterprise Services to Microsoft Public Sector customers. Enabled the success of Public Sector customers' missions through the successful implementation of technology assets including Office 365, Azure, custom applications, and on-premises software.

The Account Delivery Manager (ADM) is responsible for the overall customer experience of Strategic Services Accounts by identifying customer needs and managing the delivery of engagements that exceed expectations through the supply and delivery of a services account team. The ADM is a direct people manager of delivery resources (consulting and support) and monitors the Account key performance indicators to ensure a healthy and growing customer relationship. Embodying the One Microsoft spirit, the ADM teams with Sales, Operations and Resource management resources to execute against a customer account strategy with positive outcomes. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: •Responsible for all Service delivery quality and customer satisfaction for the named account whilst developing and expanding strategic customer relationships. •A strong people manager who organizes, develops, coaches and augments the Services delivery team to ensure the team executes on the problem solving methodology correctly.•Establishes Governance to oversee the review of client deliverables to ensure they meet all client acceptance criteria. •Direct Management, Leadership and People Development tasks include Mentoring, Team Building, 1:1 Meetings, Employee performance and Rewards, Workforce Planning, Staffing, Hiring and Onboarding.

The Professional Development Resource Management (PDRM) is responsible for successfully leading a team comprised primarily of consultants and project managers towards high quality engagements which result in very satisfied customers.• Manages the staffing process and placement of highly qualified individuals from their team on qualified engagements, • Meets team billable utilization goals • Engages with customers as appropriate to ensure the highest team customer satisfaction results• Hires appropriate technical and project management individuals to meet the demands of practice head count objectives• Drive team technical and professional role readiness, and participate in workforce and capacity planning as appropriate for their practice
