Developed a district-wide program to ensure fish farmers have consistent access to high-quality inputs (feed and fingerlings) necessary to sustain fish farming, taking into consideration the entire aquaculture value chain. Promote fish farming and help farmers build expertise through daily extension visits and periodic small group trainings delivered in local language. Via extension work and value-chain program management, on track to increase fish production by 1000 lbs / month within my 1200 km2 catchment area, improving livelihoods and providing access to a high-quality protein source.
