Based in Massachusetts USA. I worked predominantly with the 12 to 16 year olds. The kids were at the camp for 7 weeks with the ability levels ranging from beginners to expert with some representing the US national team at their own age category.From 2020 onwards I have been the maintenance manager of the camp facility which includes the every day running of the 300 acre facility.
