Sales & Marketing Director
Current- Integrating Sales and Marketing Departments to promote and sell company’s portfolio of products, using sales and marketing strategies on regional and global basis; - Planning and Implementing commercial and technical training for sales and marketing teams(development, assessment, company policy and compliance, vision, mission, group morale, motivation and winning spirit); - Creating a cooperation (sharing costs) with distributors to advertise in industry magazines, local associations, newspapers and social media; - Implementing price strategies, based on market research, product cost and logistics, ensuring overall growth, revenue, profit and market share; - Implementing lean techniques of operation, minimizing sales costs, adjusting sales routes per sales representatives (customer visits) using CRM, determining lodging, meals, gas, entertainment and transportation expenses; - Participating in Seminars, Workshops, Presentations, Video Conferences and Exhibitions worldwide to ensure market penetration with consistency, creating and maintaining high customer relationship, also attracting new customers to the company with new specialty raw materials, new technologies, services and utmost customer service; - Partnering, visiting, leading and training multicultural customers, principals and distributors worldwide; - Opened 12 new distribution channels in 18 countries, promoting regular training in-loco, Skype or pre-recorded videos; - Developing new specialty raw materials for the cosmetic and personal care industries with cosmetic chemists and pharmacists.
