Senior Consultant –DMS (Development of Media and Systems) Responsibilities:• Project Management: Implementation of different processes related to the Telco industry-specific Siebel CRM 8.1.1.11.o Participation in the design of business architecture, in this case Telecommunication.o To coordinate various tasks regarding project management and documentation, development, customer presentations.o Active participation in the flow of customer deals, as well as to identify opportunities within projects and new business.

• Consultant regarding functional modules: Sales, Order Capture, Service Management and Product Catalog based on Siebel CRM 8.1.o To supervise OUM methodology documentation under the various gaps related to the modules.o Participation in the design of business architecture, in this case Telecom.o To supervise the project’s warranty period.o Basic knowledge of functional or banking processes and products.o Support for the sales department regarding customer presentations.

• Technical consultant in security solutions using PeopleSoft CRM 8.9.o Responsible for the development and security of deliverable gaps.o Participation in customer requirements and scope of testing.• Knowledge of the business of the telecommunications industry.• Functional Consultant apprentice of Order Capture, Service Management and Product Catalog modules based on PeopleSoft CRM 8.9.o To supervise documentation gaps related to the different modules.o Participation in the design of business architecture, in this case Telecommunications (CANTV).

• Delivery of demos regarding different proposals of business for our customers.o Active participation with various clients.• Training for specializations.o SCM (Supply Chain Management) JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in the manufacturing area.o FSG (Financial Statement Generator) Oracle E-Business Suite.o GL (General Ledger) Oracle E-Business Suite.
