I transformed forestry operations using LEAN methodologies, digitizing work orders, tripling production, and reducing response times. By securing a multi-year budget increase, I established a standard maintenance rotation that decreased per-tree maintenance costs by 86%. I directed an 18-month, $2.6 million project that addressed high-priority tree work, coordinating multiple crews to enhance the city's forestry infrastructure. I administered the Urban Forest Project, planting over 3,000 trees annually with volunteer support, fostering community involvement and green space enhancement. Additionally, I created an award-winning urban wood use program, contributing to innovative park projects and sustainable urban development.
