Business Relationship Manager for multiple end market divisions (Power & Energy, Food & Beverage, Industrial) consisting of (15) sites. Manages budget performance, applications and operations project delivery as well as support for all information technology integration and implementation requirement for each location.• Led internal and external resources on a project closing down a major manufacturing facility, moving Engineering and Customer Service groups to a new facility while maintaining the maintenance and support building infrastructure in place. The manufacturing facility and move of engineering and customer support personnel to a new facility required complete restructure of telecommunication infrastructure using SIP trunking network. This technology enabled us to reduce cost and manage two facilities within a few miles of each other. This move required a separate project to move MM(Material Master) of nuclear pumps to another instance of SAP. I led the Material Master mapping team of all nuclear pump content from CU ECC6 SAP instance to the standard ECC6 SAP instance, simplifying ability to support all nuclear manufacturing operations from one location.• As Project Manager for the implementation of AutoCAD upgrades to vault and inventor, defined the scope of project by identifying the product and process requirements, involved the key stakeholders, defined project limitations and the change management process for the project to be implemented in multiple locations.
