• Led a 5 member, highly analytical team and managed all activities of the XP Operations Center (XPOC) which controlled $80MM in projects, including data analysis, security and monitoring systems.• Harnessed predictive analytics to create and improve a state of the art, trigger based, real-time energy trading platform which led to a projected $3.3MM in annual revenue.• Developed impactful KPIs for clients, including five of the largest domestic utility companies. • Solved complex problems using data analytics which led to “blue ocean” markets and streams of revenue.• Monitored value via custom web based reports / dashboards by working closely with clients and stakeholders.• Discovered trends and worked with a cross functional team to create new software (three platforms and 8 updates) that led to custom software tools, such as CRM, analysis and maintenance programs.• Delivered business intelligence and analysis to help customers gain insight into performance and profitability.
