Energy consulting and financial modeling for Energy Storage and Renewable Energy (Solar and Wind), roles include:- Performing market analysis for over 500 MW of utility and C&I energy storage and solar projects.- Evaluating financials of unique energy storage Use Cases and Business Models, including: Solar+Storage, Fast Frequency Regulation, Energy Shifting, Demand Response, and Demand Charge Mitigation- Saving millions in project costs by properly sizing energy storage systems.- Collaborating with executives to formulate strategic roadmaps.- Performing ad hoc analysis to monitor market trends and evaluate project opportunities.- Delivering executive and board level financial presentations.- Conducting due diligence on new technologies, business development and strategic initiatives.

• Led a 5 member, highly analytical team and managed all activities of the XP Operations Center (XPOC) which controlled $80MM in projects, including data analysis, security and monitoring systems.• Harnessed predictive analytics to create and improve a state of the art, trigger based, real-time energy trading platform which led to a projected $3.3MM in annual revenue.• Developed impactful KPIs for clients, including five of the largest domestic utility companies. • Solved complex problems using data analytics which led to “blue ocean” markets and streams of revenue.• Monitored value via custom web based reports / dashboards by working closely with clients and stakeholders.• Discovered trends and worked with a cross functional team to create new software (three platforms and 8 updates) that led to custom software tools, such as CRM, analysis and maintenance programs.• Delivered business intelligence and analysis to help customers gain insight into performance and profitability.
