I was the driving force for new product development creating over 40+ new medical and adult use products across three brands released to the market. I created and implemented the sales and marketing operation, branding, and promotional materials for products sold in 30+ retail outlets. I designed, built and operated production, processing systems and procedures for multiple 10,000 sqft operations – constantly reworking the operations to reflect changes in rules and regulations as well as evolving industry operational standards.
