My practice is focused on helping leaders to develop their leadership capacity by becoming more self-aware of their unique qualities and talents, as well as identifying those behaviours that could be holding them back from being their very best, and potentially even derail them. I design and facilitate leadership development programs for teams that are supported by individual coaching sessions focused on one or two targeted improvements...and I try not to take myself too seriously. My volunteer work has included chairing the board of directors of several mental health organizations, as well as doing coaching and leadership development work in international NGOs and local arts organizations.

I am currently teaching a course in the UofT Master of Engineering (MEng) Program: "The Science of Emotional Intelligence and its Application to Leadership". The course includes individual Emotional Intelligence assessments using the EQ-i 2.0, supported by one-on-one coaching sessions.

I was responsible for managing the Rotman School's relationship with prospective candidates for the Executive MBA program and the Omnium Global Executive MBA program. As well, I taught a graduate level course titled Leadership Presence in the EMBA and Omnium programs. The course was focused on developing the leadership capacity of students using the concept of emotional intelligence. The course included individual coaching and team coaching, conducted by myself and my colleagues.I have coached senior global executives and managers in organizations such as: Siemens, ABB, Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Canada, Novartis, Banco do Brasil, The Colombian Navy, BMW, Nokia, Hugo Boss, Microsoft, Cisco, Bank Julius Baer, Chevron, Holcim, Daniel Swarovski, Habitat for Humanity, DHL, Procter & Gamble and Right to Play. Every coaching engagement has required participants to write a detailed personal action plan describing their success in achieving their leadership development goals over 6-18 months and outlining their on-going plan for continuous improvement.

- The Global Executive MBA Program was a joint graduate business program of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Canada. - The program was delivered over 18 months in 2-3 week residential modules in Switzerland & Hungary, Brazil, India, China, and Canada. As Director I was responsible for all marketing, recruitment and operations management for the global delivery of the program. This included managing partner relationships, all international residentail modules and student and alumni relations.
