Responsible for project managing a forecast value of $100 mil+ portfolio of high and medium-high complexity CAPEX projects at Bondi Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) and;Assisting other project managers at Malabar WRRF, under NEC4 Contracts (ECC, PSC and TSC) with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) delivery partner on the following:- improving fire safety and gas detection in complex operational area, to meet health and safety legislative requirements- improving existing process ventilation, to minimise odour impact on local communities and reduce safety risks on plant personnel- ensuring civil structural integrity through a number of civil remediation projects- ensuring geological stability of a large underground site through a number of geotechnical projects - improving asset reliability through a number of asset renewal projects- proactively addressing known project risks and leading the initiative to uncover new risks and opportunities My responsibilities include:- Writing and submission of business cases to Program Manager to seek funding approvals for CAPEX projects- project scoping based on internal client requirements and business needs- delivery of projects from Optioneering, Concept Design through to Commissioning, within budget, time and fulfilling quality requirements- assess and submit contract variation requests- provide summary of hub program performance to internal stakeholders- complete project health checks (cashflow analysis, schedule checks) across all my projects

Project Capitalised Term-roles at North Head for project coordination of CAPEX/OPEX projects.My responsibilities and achievements include:- Site Coordination for Stage 1 investigative site works for North Head Biosolids Upgrade Project ($75 mil)- Planning for high risk sewer traverse as per of Investigative Works for the NSOOS Desilting Project- Site coordination for HV isolation for the Hydroturbine Ring Main Unit (RMU) project, with no non-compliant discharge in the 7x high complexity plant shutdowns and partial plant shutdowns- Site coordination for the decommissioning of the NSOOS scrubbers- responsible for QA/QC of operational procedures and ensured compliance to QMS (Standard Operations Procedures, Standard Administration Procedures and Standard Incident Procedures) for plant operations team - Flow isolation and flow management planning and implementation for plant shutdowns, achieved reduced occurrence of community odour complaints by >50% in 2018-2020 period- analysed operations data for root cause analysis for asset failures and optimisation projects- implemented time efficient processes to reduce isolation preparation time during plant shutdowns, reducing total isolation time to 30 mins from 1.5 hrs- project coordination for complex maintenance projects- developed procurement register for chemical orders - managed complex isolations for industrial pump overhauls and penstock refurbishment- assisted operations team for day-to-day operational activities
