CurrentManage pricing, promotions, and contracting for salesforce that serves 38K 1-50 attorney firms. Develop and implement ecommerce channel for self-service contract renewals. Mitigate non-pay shut-off cancels by managing preventative measures (autopay, data-driven risk identification flags) and reactive measures (collection efforts). Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce.com out-of-the-box CRM and pricing tool through taking and implementing feedback from sales. Collaborate with marketing team to drive customer traffic to ecommerce portal. Develop system for identifying unprofitable contract relationships and enforcing right-sizing efforts. Collaborate with finance, marketing, legal, sales, product development, and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
