▪ Selected to lead software defect review board. Directs triage of software issues (3,000 and counting) across 27 DEVSECOPS teams. ▪ Manages operations for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group (771 soldiers) located in 12 states/territories.▪ Supported the Secret Service as the senior National Guard EOD technician at the 2024 Republican National Convention. Led team of 36, ensuring safety following the attempted assassination of former President Trump.

▪ Led 41 soldiers / 9 bomb disposal teams responsible for eliminating hazards associated with improvised explosive devices (IEDs), unexploded munitions, and weapons of mass destruction. Provided support to FBI at Super Bowl LVII.▪ Responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and employment of over $30M of vehicles, robots, drones, equipment, ammunition, and classified material. Executed unit’s interstate relocation from Alabama to Arizona.

▪ Managed operations for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion (500 soldiers). Led team of 15 senior soldiers.▪ Deployed to Middle East and was responsible for all Army EOD in Afghanistan, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Syria; directed defeat of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and safe disposal of ordnance (missiles, landmines, etc.). ▪ Implemented technical project management tools to ensure that satellite organizations were logistically and operationally ready to deploy at a moment’s notice; directed successful deployment of 13 subordinate EOD units.▪ Oversaw successful execution of training and equipment contracts to bolster allied foreign military capability.▪ Coordinated THAAD missile response missions.

▪ Led 12 skilled trades personnel; responsible for the operational performance and efficiency of 5 injection molding presses and 3 assembly production lines. Ensured schedule and quality targets were met.▪ Directed a 100% increase in team’s Maximo enterprise asset management system utilization to accurately account for labor and material expenditures. This provided upper management critical data as Spring Hill entered a period of unprecedented investment and reorganization.

▪ Served as injection molding subject matter expert; responsible for entire manufacturing process, from raw material to assembled fascia for 4 vehicle programs. Fulfilled additional roles as PFMEA and Engineering Change leads.▪ Leveraged project management tools to launch 4 vehicle programs. Ensured department achieved GM quality excellence rating. Reduced annual raw material scrap by 80% ($300K). Experienced with automated test equipment.▪ Briefed GM executive leadership multiple times on the measures the department was taking to achieve its throughput, downtime, and quality goals. Spring Hill Vehicle Assembly produced 900 cars per day.

▪ Managed operations for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion (500 soldiers). Led team of 15 senior soldiers.

▪ Second in command of 44-person organization; responsible for planning and supervising all day-to-day operations. Ensured all organizational missions/ goals were carried out with efficacy and alacrity. ▪ Coordinated with state and local law enforcement to render support throughout an 11-state area of responsibility.▪ Provided support to U.S. Secret Service to protect the President, Vice President, and foreign dignitaries.

▪ Planned and directed project that cleared expansive Iraqi air base of booby traps and other explosive hazards. Qayarrah West Airfield proved to be a critical logistical hub that was leveraged to eradicate ISIS in Iraq.▪ Managed 17 staff members; ensured team safely disarmed and disposed of 763 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and 2157 pieces of Unexploded Ordnance (UXOs) while deployed to Iraq, Syria, and Turkey. ▪ Personally cleared and removed 7 IEDs, 4 UXOs, and 3 IED storage facilities from the battlefield. Evacuated wounded partner and Green Beret from Syria to Turkey following IED blast. Extensive off-road driving experience.

▪ Graduated from the US Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal School - the world’s premier bomb disposal school. ▪ Served as the Class Leader of Class 14-390S in addition to earning Maintenance Officer credential.
