I have experience in a variety of industries including biopharmaceutical, medical device and high-tech industries. I currently support Global operations which includes global SW Development, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Global Real Estate & Workplace Services, MFG TechDev, and MFG Operations. My areas of focus include Organizational Design, staffing, change management, policy development, group facilitation and leadership development. I've lead projects ranging from competency modeling to organizational design. I've worked in the San Francisco Bay Area including Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and New York City. I began my career at Ledbetter/Davidson International, a biotech and pharmaceutical retained executive search firm in New York City. Clients included Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical companies as well as VC backed biotech firms. Later I worked for SRI International in Menlo Park, CA where I held positions in HR project management, compensation, employee relations, training and organizational development. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and I'm a certified Lominger’s Leadership Competency Modeling instrument and the Behavior Interview Architect. I'm also a Developmental Dimensions International (DDI) facilitator and is certified to deliver over 60 DDI workshops on leadership development, creating high-performance teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, I am certified to facilitate Hogan Assessment 360 tool, The Oz Accountability training and Lominger's Voices tool.
