I am currently pursuing a 10-month MS in Business Analytics at Cal Poly, with plans to graduate in 2025. I completed my undergraduate studies at Cal Poly in 2024, earning a BS in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to dive into some truly complex mathematics as a research assistant, focusing on Ricci curvature- a blend of many concepts I learned during my undergrad. Collaborating with a dedicated team, we not only co-authored a paper that got the green light for publication but also presented our findings at a major mathematical conference. This experience, although rewarding, was a turning point for me. I realized that while I’ve always valued the depth of mathematical theory, what really excites me is applying those concepts in practical, computational ways—especially in business. That’s what led me to pursue the Business Analytics Master's program, where I’m now channeling my background in math, computer science, and economics into something that has real-world impact.
