As part of the Stockholm-based global TA team, and in close collaboration with NYC, I was responsible for sourcing several senior/mid-level candidate pipelines, including Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Engineering Managers to the Financial Engineering teams.

I worked with the TA team and hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment, managing multiple pipelines, focusing on marketing- and sales-positions + different engineering-roles.
