Business Development and Strategy.Project manager in the field of sustainable plant production systems.The research team develops integrated crop management systems for plant health issues in field crops. Crop diversity, resistent and tolerant varieties, soil management, biocontrol, physical and cultural control measures, and a conscious use of chemistry form the basics of integrated crop management systems. Decisions are supported by monitoring and evaluation tools. Through the combined utilisation of all these basic elements in new and existing cropping systems we offer the sector solutions for fungal diseases, insect pests, slugs, nematodes and weeds.

Supporting excellent research and change towards sustainable agriculture in the Netherlands and Europe. Managing both public/private funded and Horizon2020 European funded projects. Research is a tool, change is done by people!

Chair (since April 2019), member and committee chair of the central participation council of Wageningen University & Research, member of the decentral participation council of the Plant Sciences Group.
