As CTO, I lead the company's technological and strategic development, overseeing development teams and managing projects for multiple clients. I led the design and implementation of bespoke solutions for a variety of clients, ensuring that deliverables were of high quality and met business requirements. My responsibilities included:- Technical Leadership: I coordinated a team of 6 developers, defining the architecture of complex projects and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.- Full Stack Development: I implemented functionalities in both frontend and backend.- Integrations: I developed and integrated RESTful APIs, Soap and formatted files to improve the interoperability of our systems with those of our clients.- Business Intelligence: I specialised in BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense to develop and integrate this technology into our application.

In this role, I was involved in the full development of the company's technology stack, working on key projects for various clients and contributing to the initial creation of the Amoenus application.- Feature development: I created and enhanced modules on both the frontend and backend, using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, Ionic, C#, MongoDB and SQL.- Client communication: I worked closely with clients to ensure technical solutions aligned with business objectives.- Deployment and DevOps: I was involved in setting up development, staging and production environments on AWS, using tools such as Docker, Nginx, PM2.
