Provided professional contractor and designer services to the Greater Cincinnati Business Community that included space planning and interior design, construction and facilities management consulting and contract services, office furniture acquisition and inventory control, and custom convention and trade show displays and exhibits.Served as Set Designer on the "2009 Greater Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund Sampler Week-End" event planning committee.Business customers included: Burke Marketing Research, Fifth Third Bank, Quest motion Picture Studios, Learning Through Art, 20/20 Promotions and Keating Muething, & Klekamp PLL. : Negotiated with City of Cincinnati the acquisition of 11K sq. ft. facility, created 501 (c) 3 organization, funded the remodeling and reconstruction of this facility into a first class venue attracting artists, educators and art patrons; served as project manager overseeing all aspects of the project, working with contractors, building inspectors, city councils and agencies, paid staff and volunteers; led board to hire executive director and develop a strategic long term plan to fund continuing operation, develop marketing plan and brand identity for venue and community use. Developed working relationships with local neighborhood leaders to create community support as it relates to the arts and urban development.  Raised $750K through various grants, private donations and in-kind contributions. Created high performance working Executive Board of Directors and Executive Director with specifically diversified talents that fitted specific needs for project success.

Managed and implemented all tenant leasehold improvements, new office/warehouse/factory construction projects, and all space planning and office design projects for this major toy manufacturer; coordinated the work between facility maintenance staff, various contractors, suppliers and vendors to maintain the physical office, warehouse and plant conditions; prepared budgets and cost estimates, developed office construction standards and specifications and processes to secure the acquisition of space, equipment and office furniture at the least cost per sq. ft.
