As the project lead of SEO, it was my job to lead Advantage Rent A Car to a top position in the search engines. We achieved a #4 spot for "rent a car" and #1 for over 25 other terms. We also successfully managed the transition from www.arac.com to www.advantage.com from an SEO perspective.

As a Coach, I was entirely responsible for the success of my students as they took our $8,000 6 month course. They were assigned tasks, and it was my job to ensure each completed their tasks on time. I wrote training guides on Salescopy, newsletter writing, SEO, press release writing, and web dev tasks.

Responsible for 20 agents in a small environment on a live production floor, responsible for customer service training and support as well as management of equipment on the floor, writing guides etc. We were met with front line challenges such as the day our customers were hit by the Blaster virus.
