• Creation from scratches of the R&D department of the industry and energy division.• Focal Point for Spain of the SEGULA International Innovation Community (SIIC).• Obtaining, managing and developing the CDTI PID TOPONE project of an autonomous drone for visual inspections of electrical lines in underground galleries.• R&D and economic management of the ZERO project of the Aeronautical Technology Program (PTA) of the CDTI.• Recruitment of the staff for the department.• Search for collaborators within other companies, universities and technological centres for the presentation of projects to different national R&D programs.• Creation, development and management of more than 20 of SEGULA's own innovation projects in different areas of knowledge such as: virtual reality, neural networks, swarm intelligence, point cloud, 3D printing, drones...• Management of social bonuses of the division; search for researchers, preparation of supporting documentation, preparation and completion of annual external audits.

• Management of the technical documentation team.• Implementation of follow up systems.• Implementation of lesson learnt documents and quality checklists.• Author of descriptive, maintenance and operational procedures focus on the defence area (radars, tanks…).• Knowledge of the standards S1000D and ASD-STE100 (Simplified Technical English).• Creation of technical publications on XML format with the software Notepad ++.
