For 14 years at Intel I progressed through a variety of Finance Manager, FP&A Manager and Strategic roles within the Finance organisation. Managing high-performing teams to maximise financial impact to the business whilst executing flawlessly in delivering accounting information. The highlights of which include Factory and Product start-ups, end-of-life and shut-downs, budgeting, target setting, cost reductions and process improvements impacting Intel's bottom-line financials. More recently I have moved Mylan for my next challenge as an Operations Finance Manager supporting the Global Sourcing Organisation, specifically 3P FDF (budget management, product costing, supplier management, business partnership and controls) and Technology Transfers (budget management, project evaluation, business partnership and controls)My areas of expertise include: Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Analytical and Business Modelling, Process Improvements, Leadership and Management of local and diverse global teams, and now Trade Compliance.
