• Develop a clear scope of work and timeline for local projects and the company’s largest national accounts, establishing deadlines for various subcontractors• Manage the service work orders of all Boot Barn and United Natural Foods Incorporated (UNFI) signs across the country• Facilitate project communication with vendors, production management, site contacts, and Corporate Office clientele • Manage simultaneous projects from design, to fabrication, and installation – ensure each project meets their deadline and is promptly signed off for code compliance by the city during the final inspection• Secure subcontractors based on work history, responsiveness, and cost effective services• Research city and county sign regulations to produce code-compliant designs prior to submitting the permit application • Process survey information and guarantee that our plans reflect the field conditions pertinent to installation
