In 2020, I've accepted the CFO position at Aeron, antoher Vanguards Group fashion brand. As a direct report of Jonathan Wood (VP of Finance at Vanguards Fashion Group, a former Gucci Group and Tiffany & Co finance executive) and in close cooperation with the company’s CEO and COO our aim was to scale up the company to a 2M€, and potentially to a 5M€ and a 10M€ revenue level.Main priorities in my current position are:• Run the company’s daily financial operation, handling bank transactions, planning CF, control procurement throughout an extensive PO (purchase order) system• Oversee the outsourced accounting operation• Building out the necessary processes and data flows to feed the company’s decision-making system and the investor’s data hunger• System improvements (e.g., harmonizing a new sales channel to the existing software infrastructure)• Financial planning and reporting with monthly financial closings• Investor relationship management

While leading the company’s finance and controlling operations in collaboration with an interim CFO (who is currently the CEO of the company) I would highlight the following notable achievements:• Scaled up Nanushka’s Finance Team from a small team of 3 into a 17-employee department divided into three functional teams (controlling, treasury and statutory reporting) while the company had been growing at a rapid pace (from a 6M€ revenue to 17M€ and 20M€ annually)• I was heavily involved in Nanushka’s ERP implementation project (Microsoft Navision). At the beginning I had been responsible for implementing the finance and accounting modules, however this scope had been widened to a complex handling of both finance & accounting and production & warehousing• Together with a small consultancy company we managed to settle a 1,7M overdraft loan with Citibank• Maintained a good relationship with the investors
