After working with brazilian artist Ludmilla as A&R at Warner Music, I was invited by her to lead the A&R department of Lud's new label and help her start a new journey as an independent artist after 10 years of exclusivity with WMG.Ludmilla is the most listened black female artist in Latin America, with over 7B streams and +15M listeners on Spotify.Main projects I was involved with the creative, conception and executive processes:- Lud Session #3- Numanice #2 (Ao Vivo)- Numanice #2 (Ao Vivo) - Deluxe- VILÃ- Numanice #3- Lud Session #4My main responsibilities:a. Negotiating with all the professionals involved in audio and video production (in the case of live recording), with feats and their respective record companies, copyright negotiation and protection of the artist's interests h. Research into musical trends and references i. Development of special projects j. Submission of the artist's products to the Grammys k. ISRC registration of products l. Main point of contact with collecting societies, publishers and other institutions relevant to the artist's recording career m. Setting up an artistic department entirely dedicated to LUDMILLA, now as an independent artist
