After working with brazilian artist Ludmilla as A&R at Warner Music, I was invited by her to lead the A&R department of Lud's new label and help her start a new journey as an independent artist after 10 years of exclusivity with WMG.Ludmilla is the most listened black female artist in Latin America, with over 7B streams and +15M listeners on Spotify.Main projects I was involved with the creative, conception and executive processes:- Lud Session #3- Numanice #2 (Ao Vivo)- Numanice #2 (Ao Vivo) - Deluxe- VILÃ- Numanice #3- Lud Session #4My main responsibilities:a. To be the link between Artist LUDMILLA and Label artists with the entire phonographic market. b. Create and structure the organizational processes of the new A&R department, c. Conducting the entire production chain of musical projects, from artistic conception to release d. Connecting with national and international producers, artists, composers and musicians e. Selecting demos, beats and compositions for the artist f. Organizing recordings and songcamps with the best professionals on the market, organizing all masters, technical sheets and leftover studio material for the artist's archive g. Negotiating with all the professionals involved in audio and video production (in the case of live recording), with feats and their respective record companies, copyright negotiation and protection of the artist's interests h. Research into musical trends and references i. Development of special projects j. Submission of the artist's products to the Grammys k. ISRC registration of products l. Main point of contact with collecting societies, publishers and other institutions relevant to the artist's recording career m. Setting up an artistic department entirely dedicated to LUDMILLA, now as an independent artist

BMG is a global company and the 4th music company in the world.Hired to start the A&R department at BMG Brazil.The main responsibilities include:- Responsible for signing artists and writers for BMG's roster.- Create and structure organizational processes of the department.- Take care of writers, artists and partners, being their direct contact on a daily basis- Build strong relationships with managers, artists and partners- Connect writers and organize songwriting sessions- Attend international creative meetings and stimulate artistic collaborations among BMG's other territories.- Develop new and existing writers- Proactively suggest and promote music for an internal creative team as well as external business partners- Keep track of our partnerships' creative activities and the resulting income development- Represent BMG at shows, festivals and online in search of new talent- Be up to date on new releases and pass the copyright divisions back to copyright team
