Born and raised in the rich cultural landscape of Poland, specifically in the industrious region of Silesia, I carry a deep sense of pride for my origins. This pride fuels my commitment to represent my homeland with dignity, both in my professional and personal endeavors.From a young age, I was captivated by the mechanics of how things work, often deconstructing various gadgets to understand their inner workings (though not all made it back to their original state 😅). This curiosity and analytical mindset have stayed with me, becoming integral to my professional life.After earning my engineering degree in Automatic Control and Robotics from the Silesian University of Technology, I embarked on my career journey. I started in a company specializing in control and measurement systems before joining Orbitvu. At Orbitvu, I contributed as a software developer, responsible for one of the key applications within the company's ecosystem. This role provided me with the opportunity to delve into image processing and device communication.For the past eight years, I have led a team of 20 developers and testers. Building this team has been one of my greatest life lessons. Coordinating such a diverse group to function as a single, well-oiled machine requires humility, assertiveness, and above all, a willingness to listen and understand each individual. I take immense pride in being part of this team!Beyond team leadership, I am also involved in shaping the vision for our products. This role allows me to channel my boundless creativity (a nod to my unfulfilled dream of becoming an architect 😅).
