• Manage CDSBEO social communities and organic content posts across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn)• Develop the overall and platform specific social media strategies, including standalone social media campaigns and social media components for larger integrated communications campaigns• Execute paid campaigns and optimize performance utilizing a/b testing, creatives, statistical and behavioural analysis• Responsible for all social content development and creation, including channel-specific videos and visuals such as Instagram stories, and Facebook video ads for paid and organic posts• Work in collaboration with all departments/schools for continued brainstorm and ideation for social media strategies and thought leadership content• Attend school/board special events to take photographs for official board files and social posts• In collaboration with the Communications Lead, develop on-brand graphic layouts for CDSBEO documents including flyers, posters, internal staff resources, marketing materials, support documents, and other Board resources• Assist with content management and updates to the cdsbeo.on.ca website, including the creation of blog posts which correspond with social media content• Manage user administrators for school websites• Produce videos for various projects including the Director’s Annual Report• Other duties as assigned
