Oversaw policy priorities and program initiatives and re-structured and managed the senior leadership policy meeting by creating uniform process for tracking milestones and ensuring timely completion of policy and program initiatives.Managed the Global Initiatives Staff who authored international initiatives, white papers, and implementation project plans for major initiatives related to U.S and foreign airline security programs. This included major technical enhancements required for airline systems based on TSA policy changes e.g. inter-airline through check-in and use of biometrics.Collaborated as technical subject matter expert with Airlines 4 America (A4A), Airports Council International (ACI) and International Air Transport Association (IATA).

As Regional Manager I managed Transportation Security Representatives (TSARs) and International Industry Representatives (IIR) based in the Asia Pacific region. The TSARs role is to oversee the TSA’s government-to-government relationships while the IIRs role is to manage the government-to-industry relationship in the Asia Pacific arena.

Section Chief responsibilities included managing U.S. based International Industry Representatives (IIR) overseeing TSA international security programs for U.S. air carriers and desk offices that support the IIR administrative tasks. Collaborated with foreign air carriers to implement changes in aviation security measures and to mitigate known vulnerabilities while meeting TSA standards. Project Management responsibilities included defining business requirements and providing strategic direction and recommendations to team members, senior management, and functional business managers within Secure Flight and Stakeholders. The business requirements definition process included creating business models and synthesizing diverse types of data to determine impacts to systems, applications, security policies and procedures.

Served in Lead Role for successful deployment of TSA Secure Flight program to all domestic and international airlines. Coordinated and managed industry conference calls and the overall testing process for the major service providers (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, HP/Shares, and SITA). Served as spokesperson for Deployment Team at aviation industry meetings.As the Program Manager for the Deployment Team, analyzed airline operational and technical problems related to the implementation of the Secure Flight program, recommending modifications of Secure Flight and/or airline methods and processes for resolution.
